       Andy Tasnady  
      Andy has a broad blend of  over 30 years of line and consulting experience in multiple disciplines within  Financial Services which provides the basis for his focus and skills. After  over 10 years in Marketing, Strategy, Service Operations, and Quality & HR  management roles with American Express, he focused the last 15 years in Sales  compensation and Marketing performance projects, mostly within financial  service firms, and most often with Wealth Management sales forces, with the last 10  years leading engagements at his own firm. His Wealth Management firm experience  includes Merrill Lynch, Wells Fargo (and Wachovia Securities), UBS, Citibank, RBC  Dain, Chase, and Charles Schwab. Other recent industries include Insurance and  Web-based technology firms. Andy holds a B.S. in Computer & Systems  Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and an M.B.A. from Harvard  Business School. 
          
  
                     
        Bill Gillett 
        Bill is an accomplished  leader in collecting and assessing large sources of data and converting it into  valuable information to support critical business processes and management  decisions. His specialty is in Financial Services, including retail and  institutional markets, and has led the detailed analyses and modeling on  several Wealth Management compensation projects. His over 30 years of experience at  applying data-oriented business solutions at American Express, Citibank, and JP  Morgan Chase, among others, provide the perspectives and skills necessary to  lead the data collection and analyses targeted for projects. Bill is a Duke  graduate with a BS in Mechanical Engineering, and holds an MBA from the MIT  Sloan School. 
       
        
        
         
          
        Kevin Perry   
      Kevin is a data and systems  expert with over 30 years of experience on a wide range of compensation and  operational administration projects, including numerous wealth management  variable compensation plans. Most recently he worked at Merrill Lynch Private  Wealth Management and designed and implemented several systems-based  compensation management and administration tools, including Branch Management  formulaic and discretionary compensation. He works with several data and  modeling programs and systems to execute necessary analyses. Kevin holds a BS  in Mathematics with a Computer Science concentration from the University of  Delaware.  
       
         
          
        Nancy Meyer  
      Nancy has been with Tasnady & Associates for eight years and has supported several Marketing research and analyses projects. Her prior experience includes being a fully licensed Financial Advisor at Lehman Brothers Private Client Group, directly selling and servicing retail investment clients. She also held earlier positions in marketing and advertising. She leads marketing and research projects and can also assist in larger Financial Services projects as well. Nancy holds a BA in Journalism and Communications from the University of North Carolina and an MBA from New York University.
